Got their cheese pizza and it was delicious. I took my tour de pizza cutter for a spin and it went straight through Matthew's slightly thicker crust. The sauce is very unique and tastes really good. Would highly recommend if your looking for great pizza and friendly service.
Great food. Knowledgeable staff. Casual, comfortable. Exactly what you expect in a great pizzeria. They are rightly famous for their crab pizza. Crust is lighter than you'd expect. Flavors were subtle and balanced. A must try place if you're in Baltimore.
Matthew's Pizzeria is a Baltimore classic, offering dine-in 8'' and 10'' pies that are perfect for lunch or dinner. The classic mozzarella and white pies are both delicious. I'm a New Yorker but will be back!
